hi
i am diagnosed schizophenic, ive been on seroquel around 5 years now
i get what doctors have called panic or anxiety attacks
the thing is they are predictable as far as always occuring when i am close to sleep so seem to be more something physical going on than brought on by psychological reosons like what is commonly thought but this might be explained by a fact someone earlier on one of these threads pointed out that when we are close to sleep the bodys defenses tend to wind down(or at least are supposed to)so that perhaps more sensitive to things that are present through out the day but masked by low levels of addrenaline that help us function during our day and only make thems selves felt when about to fall asleep

anyway my worry now is that in my caseif thier is more going on in addition to anxiety that occur at the same time so kind of masked by the anxiety because the pains in my caseseem to varie widely
thier are sharp pains, pins and needles?,ones that feel like electric shocks complete with lingering numbness, jolts that while very intense at times always very brief so that excepte at the exact time thier happening they dont bother me to much(which i think is good anxiety wise)

anyway my worry was the last one i had felt worse than anyone i have had so far they sort of all feel that way but this one worryed me because it felt like an actuall object forceing itself through one of the passageways in my neck, and was very painful but again very brief
and a pain and shockwave on left side of chest and brief numbness
ive been to my doctor ive been to the emergency room a few times(im not hyperchonriac)and besides a few test they didnt, couldnt,or wouldnt say or do anything
can anyone relate to any of this anyfeedback at all would be greatly
appreciated
thank you for reading

" all your problems could be from stress and anxiety, panic attacks wont harm you so accept them and dont fear them

our minds become strange as we go between awake and asleep

relaxs in bed and breathe deep and slow, a soak in a hot bath before bed may help "
