" I know right where you are coming from. I have battled with panic and anxiety for about 20 years and have had really good days, months and years and really bad as well. Lately I have been having a bit of a rough time and have had enough of it as well. Sometimes it really helps me to get angry about it and tell myself that I just don't have time for this crap, that I'm not interested in having it in my life etc. Myabe you will find that getting mad works to ward it off for you to :) It sounds like you are already getting there. I would love to hear how you are doing as it sounds like you go through ups and downs with it just like I do.
Good Luck and remember - you control it, it DOES not control you!! "

" Are you seeing a doctor and on any form of medication for your panic and anxiety? A month before I started college in my middle 30s, my doctor finally tried Paxil on me. I haven't had a panic attack since! I started classes by putting one foot in front of the other and made it through all 4 years just great!!! "
