Is there no escape? This may sound weird most people look to sleep as an escape whereas I feel like I'm missing out on life. I guess I live by the motto i'll sleep when I'm dead which I know makes me sicker. But I panic even in my dreams sometimes. Anybody else?????????

" I get nightmares alot where my teeth are falling out (this is meant to mean I feel out of control) fits the bill. I also had a dream once where a monster was chasing me and i kept running and trying to lock doors behind me but none would shut so i would run to another room and the same would happen. Until i finally thought - stuff this, i am going to turn around and fight this thing even if i die trying. so i did and i killed it.. anyway lol the moral to my story is i think the monster was my anxiety and represented me always running away from it - i need to turn and face it head on and stop running. the end :) "

" Im not on meds but I have crazy nightmares. The other night I had one about crashing my car with my mom. And when I got out all my friends and family were tripping on some new drug and I was the only sober one. Their heads were whipping around and then they got really violent and super strong. One person ripped off a part of another loved ones skull and he was screaming really high pitched trying to hold his brain in his head... "
