Hi all, this is the first time I have posted on this site. I suffer with terrible anxiety/panic disorder, I'm also agrophobic and have OCD. I don't cope very well with all this I just survive through the day for the sake of my girls. If it werent for them I think I would have ended it all by now I feel so bad. I'm always getting new symptoms for me to worry about and sometimes I don't know if its the anxiety or something serious. My newest symptom is I start with the top of my right foot goes numb, very similar to pins and needles but it spreads up my leg. I do all the obvious things rub it walk about etc etc but it doesnt do anything and comes on for no reason. I sometimes feel it in my arms too. Obviously the anxiety makes everything 100 times worse. Can anyone help me please.

Thanks Sarahxx

" My suggestion is that you go see your doctor. Are you under a doctor's care for your panic disorder? If not, I believe you should be! The medical field has really helped me a lot!!! "

" I agree about seeing a doctor, the pins and needles are common from stress or anxiety, massage the area, relax, accept, dont tense up or fight back
