a panic attack is pure hell!the medication can only do part of it,you MUST fight for your mind,also distract yourself if your haveing a attack ,pray,say a poem a song anything to buy you a few minuyes until it passes.take your meds on time and get plenty of sleep and AVOID stress at all cost.
