i tend to be pretty stable durring the day, but when night comes my heart gets going, my breath gets short, i get light headed...i usually have ALL of the symptomes if a full panic attack.
ive known a lot of people who also have a harder time at night, so i know im not alone in this. but does anyone know why nights are so much harder? Posted on 06/27/09, 11:06 pm |

My panic attacks (When I was having them) are a lot more severe than some peoples here. They never take a back seat to anything. I generally felt like I was on the brink of death and my blood pressure and heart rate would elevate to what i felt were dangerous levels. I would lose coordination, become light headed and also become suddenly hypoglycemic. I am unable to function in any capacity during these attacks.
