Possible OD on paxil, suggestions???

I accidentally took a second dose of 40mg of paxil 5 hours after my first dose today. I cannot believe I did that,it was just a reaction to take it when i grabbed my xanax to take my evening dose. It's been an hour and a half since I took the last dose. Has anyone else done this and when can I stop worrying??

" Go to e.r. if you feel you are losing conciousness,or even think u will,tell them just what happened...eat some bread,drink some milk meanwhile..You can also induce vomiting.but i think it would be better to just go to the e.r. to be safe.In the future write down on paper or a calender just for that when you take them,I've had to because they can cause memory loss,or it just happens you forget..-hugs "
