12 years ago i broke down after the death of my mom and had to be hospitalized they could not figure out what was wrong with me. at times over the last few years i have had that same mental going crazy and have not had to be hospitalized. the difference now is that i have learned what panic attacks are and it has made the difference between being hospitalized and being able to fight this illness on the outside. thank god for people like you who say yah i experience this weird crap and i have learned it is a panic disorder and pass on the tools you have learned to deal with it.
