It has been a crazier than usual last 5 days.My hubby has ptsd and its been bad lately. He is seeing a new doctor tomorrow. My Destructive mother has been calling pumping everyone for news. She could not start anything here so she called my sisters home and then me trying to talk about my sister and cause friction. It did Not work.I told her i am hanging up now.Of course she slammed the phone down.I tell my sister in law Whom lives with us, don't question my hubby about his emotional problems. As soon as I am not around she starts questioning him.Like he is not going to tell me, I'm his wife. Now everyone is asleep and I am trying to relax while my grandson plays Mario. But my 21 year old daughter decided to stay up and annoy the hell out of me. Complaining about her room.Growing up I never had my own room.I give up on everyone.I just feel like doing whats I need to for me and My young son.I know I should not be so selfish. But the constant anxiety lead to my constant panic attacks. It just seems to all be connected and is wearing me down.

" Close your eyes and imagine a calm, quiet place. Try to relax your muscles. Things will all work out in the end :) "
