Only reason I am concern is because I wake up with my chest throbbing every time my heart beats. I feel my heart beat when I lay down. I feel the heart beat through my left hand and legs. I thought it was all in my head but I now myself and I am not over reacting. And this is happening with no anxiety. I talk about it numerous times here.

It happens throught out the day not just when i wake up.

" I EXPECT DOC HAS TOLD YOU ALL IS ok WITH YOUR BODY
so you must be listening too much to your body, this is common for anxiety sufferers

our hearts work best when we ignore them
some beta blocker tablets would help, sadly these are now an old med that many docs dont think of, they arfe all generic so arent advertised "

" Get it checked out since it seems to really be bothering. That way you'll have an answer one way or the other. If they tell you everything is working as it should you need to trust them and attribute it to anxiety and feel thankful that it is not something more serious. I'm sure everything will turn out just fine. Maybe you could also ask to wear a halter monitor for a couple of days. Just a thought. Good luck. "

" I think you should have it checked thoroughly, some one to do it with a fine tooth comb so to speak. That will rule out once and for all if it is a physical abnormality,or a mental/emotional one producing these symptoms. It will give you peace of mind I think, and clear thinking on the true root problem of it...If it is a true medical problem, the doctors will deal with it accordingly, and if not you should maybe seek counseling with the fears like hypochondria,I have been there I know it's so real like and it is terrible to suffer with this on going fear and dread,I had a physical and was a ok,so now I keep reminding my self that I am and the feelings in my body are a product of my own making by thoughts, which produce fear, anxiety so on..Also CBT helps me..
