Hope I spelled that right. But my doc is young and up on all the new stuff so she prescribed me a med which is actually a antihistamine she said to take that first then take my ativan as a last resort.

I'm guessing you are on hydroxyzine. It's an old one, but quite helpful for some with panic. It's non-generic name is Vistaril. Glad to hear it's helping. :) I had tried it myself, but found out I was allergic. (Took it in Zyrtec form)
