  • Why does love have to hurt??

    Thursday, September 4, 2008 | A Poem/Artistic story

Why is love so hard to bear,
When it hurts so much that you care,
When they hurt you so bad that you wanna die,
and yet somedays you feel as if you could fly,
Right up to the sky safe in their arms,
How easily you succum to their charms,
Why does something so good have to hurt,
Sometimes it feels like they're only after whats under your skirt.
Why does love have to hurt?
    When you're happy everythi...

    MY JOURNEY
I was a beautiful flower born unto this earth amongest the posionous plants and weeds.
They taught me some good but mostly about pain, hurt and disappointments.
As I grew my pedals fell off one by one, finding out those you thought were your world
were just as scared and confused as you were.
They forced their sins on you forgetting you were just a little flow...

  • Inner Soul

    Friday, March 7, 2008

been thinking...and i intend to paint the deepest part of my soul...even if it's "not quite heaven."
i call it 'the real'...and that's what art is all about.
creativity is the opposite of dying.

  • Rise again

    Sunday, March 2, 2008 | A Poem/Artistic story

      Depths of dark
    an evil woman
    stole my art
    heart beating
    skipping beats in heaviness
    sinking pain so deep
    pills and sleep
    and touching earth so deep
    running
    praying for release
    dead dog
    dead bird so sweet
    tears beneath my feet
    making friends with trees
    falling to my knees
    i look up again ~
    this is my own photo.
and these are my own words.
    ~ love, moonstar ~

  • On my way to the  Children's Garden, I crossed a little bridge besides a wooded pond.
    It was very peaceful there.
As I walked through the garden I spotted some pretty little butterflie's and I started trying to get some pictures of them. I managed to catch this one atop a flower.
This garden had many lovley flowers, but I found this one especially interesting so I took it's pi...

  • This is exactly how I feel 24/7

    Monday, November 10, 2008 | A Poem/Artistic story

    The mask I wear
You see this smiling happy face
But look closely at my eyes
You'll see they are still dead inside
    It shouldn’t be a surprise
    Yes I smile , I laugh, I joke
Sometimes join in, have some fun
Don’t you realize when I lost my child
    A new existence has begun
I wander round the town with you
We sit, eat lunch, drink tea
Please look past this false smile I give
    Look for the real me
    I m...

  • Decorating my new home

    Saturday, June 28, 2008

    Plans for decorating:
    Kitchen:
All accents, like curtains, rugs, clock, plant pots, tea kettle, place mats, table cloth, napkins, etc. will be bright yellow against stark white, with a touch of black.
    Living room:
Furnture and cutains will be shabby chic. Lots of floral designs and pictures. Ni limits on colors. I'm going to hang multi colored patio lights on the ceiling. I know it sounds gaudy, ...

  • I love to go to the zoo...

    Sunday, August 23, 2009

One of the most enjoyable day trips I love to take is to grab my digital camera
and go to the zoo.  These pictures I took over this past weekend at the
    Point Defiance Zoo.
Imagine my surprise when I looked at the photo and saw what I
snapped. I just love this picture.
Another great picture that happened by accident. I love the expression
of the girl looking at this moon jelly fish.
    The Octopus wa...

    Monday, May 25, 2009 | A Poem/Artistic story

This is s poem im working on, this is draft one. any input would be apreciated :)
She is the nicest girl you will ever meet
But you will never know her name
You would never even talk to her
Because she seemed far too plain
She stood with a heart as bright as the sun
But exclusion and isolation clouded her soul
You could have picked her up and cleared her skies
But you laughed and heckled her, forcing he...
