" I read this book at the beginning of my trial of homeopathy for many chronic problems, including panic.
Halfway trough it my mind was blown, without even trying any remedies. I understood lots of problems I'd created for myself trying to be like others. I gave up being disappointed in people for being different and acting on different principles than I.
I haven't started "constitutional treatment" yet, for which I will be working with a homeopath.
But managed to stop two panic attacks with low potency remedies, as well as control, short term, hay fever allergy attacks. "

" This book describes a mix of psychological astrology and homeopathy . You can read some of it for free on google books:

I would highly recommend that if you are considering homeopathy that you read the excellent work of a blogger named Orac on the subject.
