I just wish the price was lower.

I know the price is high. But I swear by it.

Most ridiculously expensive useless crap I ever bought. Save your money, get it on Ebay if you must, but trust me there is nothing new here that isn't in every other book you have read. And whatever you do, don't send for the "free" tape--you'll get junk mail for the next 50 years.

I did it 8 years ago and got soo well that I was flying on airplanes. Went to the Caribbean. Restaurants, etc.

Unfortunately, this past Thanksgiving I had a setback.

I sold the program on Ebay. How I wish I still had it.

I used the audios and listened to them in the car.

It won't work unless you also do the workbook.

Lots of people only listen to the tapes and get such immediate relief they don't do the WORK in the workbook and anxiety/panic returns. Then, when they do the WORK it works.

I guess I back-slid and got into some old habits and didn't remember all the tools in the program.

I bought this for 600 dollars years ago and it didn't do anything for me. All the information was basically common sense and something you could get for free from your psychologist. There is no magic pill or cure. Save your money.

I got these tapes years ago. Do you think they give me a FREE CD Upgrade ; )~

I don't have social anxieties which seems to stand out in the tapes. It was a waste of $75 a month for 8 months....I got more help from a $5 book I bought from half priced books.

what I don't understand is why people want to spend so much money on stuff from people that aren't even trained psychiatrist's and/or psychologists who have specialized in learning about these disorders.

I don't know what type of programs are available in the United States but where I am I will be taking an anxiety program with trained specialists at an anxiety clinic for free. They also in a city near by have an inpatient program.
