You don't need to say anything, being there is enough.
It took me a couple of days to say anything to my father. I was flown in to recieve the bad news that he had 3 months, which turned out to be 3 weeks. All I could manage to say to him on the first day was "you need a haircut", and the second day "I don't want you to leave me". The third day I was able to discuss things and try to help with hospital appointments.

Hi friend, it's been awhile. I'm sorry to hear that your sister is entering what appears to be the final stages of this horrible disease. She has been through alot and so has your family. I hope that she agrees to hospice care. It can make her time much more comfortable. My heart and prayers go out to your sister, you and your family. I will keep checking in to see how things are going. God Bless you, Debbie

I am so sorry to hear that. She's been through enough. When it gets this bad you realize enough is enough no matter how it hurts. My mother displayed some of the same symptoms a few days before she died. Pointing and seeing strange things. I can only hope for her as I did for my mother that their mind is in a wonderful place when they are doing these things and the pain is gone. It's so hard to watch someone you love go through this. My heart and prayers are with you. Bye Friend, Debbie

it's rough when they enter the last stages. i know i am going through it with my dad too. he lasted 1 year and 10 months and now is on hospice care. the nurse that comes out is saying more than likely that he only has a bout 2 weeks. But hospice is there to help they have been a blessing. anything that i needed for my dad they have been right here. and they one we have are excellent with trying to keep him out of pain and keep him comfortable. the nurse was exspecially caring explain to my dad ( who thought that he was going to be able to have an endiscope go down and find a blockage) that certain things couldn't and wouldn't be done due to the fraility of his body and hids condition.
but my prayers are with you .
