Are all moisturizing lotions work pretty much the same in caring for dry skin caused by chemo, or there are certain brands that are best for chemo patients skin care?

Which brand is your favorite? Thanks.

" Any moisturiser is better than none.. The hospital recommended Aquious lotion and E45 cream.. These are lotions used in hospitals in the uk for every thing and are very pure and simple.. They may be called something else in the US.

Almond oil is also very easily absorbed by the skin and is my favourite.. just a few tiny drops in the bath water leave your skin lovely and smooth.. adding some natural essential oils gives you an aroma therapy bath.. Olive oil is also very nourishing for us.. I like to keep to simple and natural types.. avoiding colourants, perfumes and other additives.. xxx "

" I use Neutrogena body emulsion. Its an intensive theropeuyic lotion. I buy the fragrance - free because I am very sensitive to any perfumed item. I love this product. I usually find it at wal-mart or drug store. Good Luck "
