In need of serious Dr. referral in my area.

I'm chasing down the right Dr. who will do testing to get a diagnosis for what's going on with me. I live in the Rockford, IL (near Chicago, IL - southern WI) area and I would appreciate anyone who can give me a Dr. name who is familiar with symptoms of ovarian cancer. I have most of the symptoms of ovarian cancer, but the Drs. approach is blasé, and haven't done additional tests/biopsies to determine what's going on. Though I realize this could be something other than ovarian cancer, I need to rule this out. I have three lumps that can be felt; 1 on my leg with leg pain that may be radiating from the lump, but I'm not sure as the pain is close to the bone. The other two lumps are in my abdomen (distended and bloated). My weight has increased though I'm not eating as much as I get full quickly and so my calorie intake is less. I truly need to get to the right Dr. to find out what's going on. WIthout testing and a diagnosis whatever's happening will continue, so I need to be diagnosed.

" Blood test results for CA125 is 153.9, which the Dr. said is modestly elevated. In the exam this new Dr. did an endometrial biopsy (finally something was done) and I'll get the results in a week. He won't be doing the polyp removal yet, as he wants another vaginal ultrasound done next week to see if any change in my ovarian cyst from the April 1st scan. He did notice on physical exam that he could feel the uterine fibroid was larger than the measurement given from the other Drs. office. "

" No longer searching for the right Dr. The latest vaginal ultrasound reveals masses on both ovaries. Though this is not what I wanted, I must say I'm relieved from the "not knowing" and not getting medical help. My next appt. is with a gyn/onc. in Madison, WI.

The unknown is scary, but finally getting help... real help that could save me is what I've been begging with each Dr. that I've seen since mid March.

What can I expect next to happen? "
