Anyone who has seen Dispirited's photos of the tropical beach and the loungers by the pool must have felt a pang longing to be there.. It's been mentioned before, but shouldn't we plan a 'Great Holiday'... Just deal with all the obstacles in our way and gather together on the sun loungers by the pool. I know we all have reasons not to and financial constraints and it will probably take some time to sort them all out. But...hey... we can dream and we can plan and even make it happen... Any thoughts or ideas... any pilots... spare airplanes even ???

Sounds like a fine idea to me. I could take two passengers in our airplane. The amount of luggage would be limited though. Sometimes commercial flying it the best. It also wouldn't take as long to get there if flying commercial. I'm definitely in....

Thanks, we could have your plane on stand by in case we can't find a bigger one and do a shuttle service. Is anyone a personal friend or neighbor to John Travolta? I hear he has a couple of Jumbos', at the ready, parked outside his house. Though he can fly himself, he employs a full time pilot and cabin crew, who have nothing to do most of the time...
