Hello Everyone! WE ARE BACK!! I will tell you ALL about it tomorrow after the boys leave for school and work. Actually we have been back for a little bit, but then we went over my mom and dad's house and we ate over there and gave them our little trinkets we picked up and shared stories of our weekend. I have a new attitude about this cancer. I refuse to let it win. I am feeling better and thankful for every day. I have decided that this tumor is a guest in my body and as long as it stays where it is and doesn't get any larger or cause any problems that it can stay. So...today I did a few things. First off I had a nice bath and got myself ready to go out to the shops. I drove there but its only about 1 mile, so it was fine, no probs at all. INDEPENDENCE..ye ha!

I arrived in Atlanta late last night. I saw Mother for the first time this morning, and I am delighted to see how well she looks, despite the fact that she has had four more chemo treatments since I last saw her.

today i am reaaly losing my hair...but i know this is part of the chemo drugs and my family will love me no matter what....i was even afraid to shampoo my hair, but i figure what the heck,it will grow back right?

Good Morning Everyone!! I hope you are all well. Today at 11:15 I receive my first dose of Avastin and begin my 50 mg low dose chemo pill Cytoxan. I get the Avastin once every three weeks and I take the pill every day as long as my levels are good.
