    Sunday, August 31, 2008 | A Frustrating story

I went to the Dr Thursday and my CT scan showed that the mass was now surrounded by fluid. The Dr said that this was good. Now the bad news my CA-125 has gone up to over 850. This has me worried as I really thought that this new chemo was working. She is going to give it 4 more weeks and seee if things get better. If not I guess we will change to something else.

Ok, I finally went to have the transvaginal ultrasound, and guess what?  They couldnt find my ovaries.  However, they did find that my falopian tube is filled with fluid and is twisted, and looks like a big sausage.  So, basically all I know is that I have a big sausage and NO EGGS!.. I am very frustrated. My gyne-oncologist appt is the 15th, but I am calling tomorrow to get an app...

I didn't have access to a computer so couldn't post. Both trips were wonderful I got to go see some friends in both places and they took such great care of me. Then I had to come back to reality. The weather has warmed up and almost all of the 18 1/2 inches of snow is gone ...

Sorry that I haven't written in so long. Everytime I think about writing something comes up.
I go get my blood drawn and CT scan done on Thurs. 4/16. The Dr is worried because my CA-125 went up higher then she had wanted and she isn't sure that the Doxil is working. I amm praying that she is wrong and that when I go the number will be down and the CT scan will be improved. We should get t...
