I have diabtetis and also have bleeding behind the eyes both of them and protien spots i am very worried about going blind anyone else share this

I had a blood vessel break in my eye which caused bleeding in the back of the eye. My doctor told that if I did not take care of soon that I could go blind. My doctor fixed the problem with laser treatment. I have this problem 2 times and had them both fixed by laser treatment. Hope this helps.
