Is there such a thing as chronic sytes? I seem to be suffering from them all the time. Its either the left or the right eye never both at the same time.

I stopped using eyeliners, I limit the amount of make up and Im very careful to wash it off completely every night. I clean all my applicators in hot soapy water but for the past 2 months they keep reoccuring...any suggestions?
