I try to be kind to strangers and friends. With my family I admit I do sometimes take liberties and with my boyfriend. I give them an attitude or even end up arguing with them. cba to write much. My mum is having one of her crazy times. Not good crazy. I think I put on weight I don't want to weigh myself but I know I will tomorrow, I can't stop myself LOL. I have been having CBT for a few weeks now and its helping me a great deal. I am now starting to change my way of thinking, and by doing that,it has eased my anxiety...I thought, why should i think of the worse scenerios? digging myself a hole because of my constant worrying thoughts? I am so mad at myself. I do so well all day just to ruin it in the evening. I wanted to lose 5lbs at least by halloween so I looked nice in my outfit, but I'm the same weight still, plus I'm bloated from my period. Being female sucks LOL. Why do I compare myself to other people? I know I shouldn't to it, I always come off inferiour. I went out to dinner last night. I hated it. I freak out in resteraunts, I feel like everyone is watching me eat. The very idea of going out to eat for pleasure baffles me. I don't understand it at all. And who knows what they put in that food. I probably ate like a weeks worth of calories in that pizz... -
