i do not have osteoporosis but my mother does. She seems to be in alot of pain all the time, so I joined this group to learn listen and get some idea's on how to help her. Like I said though i am not a sufferer myself so if it isnt ok for me to be here please let me know.

How awesome to have a son who loves his mother enough to even think about coming on a site like this. You are a very loving son. My son, 38, is much like you. He is so kind and loving and such a good husband and father. I joined this site because I was in the early stages of osteoporosis. Although I don't have info for you, I do want to say you ROCK as a son.
