Is anyone out there exercising and if so what are you doing. I bought an exercise bike and a treadmill and must admit that I am not as disciplined as I should be in using them. I do try to do both at least three times a week but due to the back pains I suffer, am finding it difficult to work up to even a 15 minute routine.
If anyone can suggest some EASY exercises I would appreciate it. Or NATURAL CURES ???

" I've heard that weight bearing exercise is good for the hips, low back, and legs, and light weights for the arms and upper back. The National Osteoporosis Foundation is a good source for information. "

" I walk a lot; I have to, because I have to care for my animals. But I have also added light weight training and stretching. I have always been active, though, as I used to train horses for a living. And did martial arts and dance. "

" I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis two months ago and have palindromic Rheumatoid Arthritis.
This week saw my physio and she recommends a minimum of 20 minutes brisk walking three times a week and I dance at the weekends which is also good for Osteo.
For my Arthritis I do twice weekly hydrotherapy exercises and swimming too. "
