Forteo is so expensive I am debating whether or not I should proceed. Any organizations offering assistance? The manufacturer helps only if you are near poverty level.

I took Forteo for about a year, but didn't find it very effective, and I was having some unusual side effects. I quit when my insurance would no longer cover it.
I was going to suggest contacting the drug company that makes forteo for help, but I see you've already done that. I wish I had a better suggestion!
