Has anyone taken this and have you had any side effects? Did it help? I was given this because I have the osteopenia, i think that is the spelling of it. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Bonnie

Make sure you take it. I had osteopenia just last year and then in May 07 it turn real bad to osteopenic and I have to give myself shots every day. I hate needles as is. I was takin calcium and vitiam
D and that wasn't enough. Now on top of Forteo the doctor wants me to take cacium 1500 mg and vitiam D 400IU. So on top of you taking Actenol do the calcium and vitaim D.
