Advice:
IV Reclast

View More Posts Ignore
Until now, I've been using Fosamax once weekly and Oscal-D 1000 mg. daily for osteoporosis. My endocrinologist is now recommending IV Reclast once yearly. I have concerns because of risk factors and side effects. One major concern is the risk for osteonecrosis of the jaw with higher risk for people who have had chemotherapy (which I have). I'd be interested in anyone who is using IV Reclast or knows more about this drug. Thanks - I'm new to this site.
