" From what I have read-it is good to space it out throughout the day, becuse you cannot absorb more than 500mg at a time. Also taking some at night may help sleep. I do not take any at night because I take strontium which has to be taken seperate from calcium. Good luck "

" Calcium citrate is supposed to be the most absorbable type of calcium to take. I also take Bone Up, which I was told by a credible person was very absorbable. Mine is spaced out, but I do take a Caltrate-D with supper because it's supposed to help with sleep.

" Shaklee, which I am not involved in, has been around for more than 30 yrs. Yes, it is MLM, but so what? MLM or Network Marketing, as it's called now, is a recognized business model that is taught in reputable business schools. Warren Buffet thinks it's a fantastic marketing system, ever heard of Pampered Chef? MLM of the past was marred by some scoundrels but there are scoundrels in *every* business. Please don't assume that just because a business operates on MLM or NM that it's automatically "shady." "
