Does anybody know what problems can be encounted after receiving a lung transplant?

" I've been on the transplant list for double lung for 15 years. (inactive on list for the past 12 though).
As far as i know, rejection is the main problem that can occur. And of course you have to keep yourself as healthy as possible b/c its easier to catch germs and get sick easily. So the low immune system can cause you to get sick easier due. That's all i know of, I'm sure there are others though. If you havent already, you should join www.transplantbuddies.com its a great community. there are a lot of post transplant and pre transplant folks :) "
