kidney transplant

My sister had renal failure two years ago and has been on dialysis ever since. I want to give her my kidney but I am being financially frustrated. I can't find anyone in my country who is willing to do this privately (I am in the U.K and my sister lives in the Caribbean)Because of this, I cannot get anywhere with offering my sister a kidney. I am very scared for her because she's getting sicker and very weak from her dialysis. Can anyone tell me what i can do please. i really really want to help her but haven't got the finance. i don't want her to die. She's only 39. i can't sleep at nights because of this. What should I do.
