when i get frustrated because of my blindness I cuss blindgirl or I hate being blind or it sucks being blind.When I say these things to myself the frustation gose away.have anyone else done this

I don't do the same things which i try to find better ways of working with my disability. I still have sight and work on trying not to dwell on the fact that I may wake up blind tomorrotw. I feel your pain.
