obsessing over depression

I have had a low grade depression the past few days, I think in part due to weening off a prescription pain killer. Also, I am spending less time distracting myself with online gaming(have to limit--my hands hurt).

However, my OCD is focusing on depression and I am trying to find a way to deal with this. Anyone have any tips?

thanks.

" thanks OCD(never thought I'd say that lol). anyone else have some input? I am not sure whether it's OCD telling me I am depressed or I am slightly depressed and my OCD is overly focused on it. Probably doesn't matter.

Cycle broke for a bit last night but its back now.

Good thing is I see my psychiatrist on Wed and my therapist on Thurs. "

" Exercise. Even if you hate it and you have no motivation, go for a long and brisk walk or do some jumping jacks. Work up a sweat. You are stressed and your mind is taking the stress and using it to make you spike. So you take the stress and use it with your body. The more you use up with exercise, the less your brain will have to deal with. I know people are skeptical, but it really does work IF you work up a good sweat. "
