Obsession with Clock Numbers

Lately I have developed this obsession with numbers on the clock...I am always checking the clock and looking for patterns in the numbers. (i.e. 12:34, 1:23) I'm also looking for the ways in which the numbers can "match up." For example, when it's 3:12, I think to myself, "Ok, 1+2=3" and it makes me happy.

Anyone else experience this? Anyone know how to ease it? (It's rather intrusive, especially when I'm trying to sleep.)

" Take the clocks out of your room or turn them away at night. If you need the alarm, you'll still hear it if the clock is turned away. "
