" hey there

im sorry to hear you are going through a hard time at the moment, i hope you feel better soon!

do you see a doctor and therapist to help you with your other disorders? if you do then maybe you could ask them about the hair pulling and concentration at school. and if you are not seeing a doctor or psychologist then you should definetly seek their help. obsessive hair pulling is known as Trichotillomania, maybe you could read up on some info about this disorder so you are farmiliar with it and see if it relates to what you are going through.

i havent experienced hair pulling, but maybe to help you concentrate better you could tie your hair back so you cant see it, and maybe hold something in your hands like a smooth stone or a beaded necklace that you can fiddle with. make sure you drink enough water and eat enough food before classes, we cant concentrate when hungry and dehydrated. to keep me interested at school i would use highlighters and textas alot, and take lots of notes when the teacher was talking so if i didnt take it in at school i could read back over the notes later when i was feeling more relaxed and able to take things in. these are just very basic coping strategies, so i think it would be best to get proffesional advice. also are you able to tell your teacher what you are going through?

take care, love dinah xx "
