I went to my what was supposed to be my 3 month check up today. Which ended up being my 4th month because of the weather. But anyhow they are extremely happy for me and how I've lost weight and inches. So today is a great day with great news!!! I own it all to God!! THANKS and PRAISES be to GOD!!! I did some walking today too. I need to do more of that it will help me I know.

This week started so badly and work is horrible, but I passed the damn manditory certification exam! I can't even express how happy it makes me to get this finally done. I overcame a very large fear by doing this.
