A childhood obesity prevention program is launching a campaign to promote five healthy behaviors among Chicago residents.
The campaign kicks off Monday night when Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, a campaign sponsor, writes "5-4-3-2-1 Go!" across its headquarters building in downtown Chicago. The slogan stands for five servings of fruits and vegetables, four servings of water, three servings of low-fat dairy products, two hours or less of screen time and one or more hours of physical activity. |
