This is a video game for many different types of systems. It is a really good form of exercise that doesn't even feel like a chore. It's game that makes you get up and dance. The better you keep in time and can master the quirky dance steps the higher your score soars. If running, biking, hiking, or regular exercise is a bit troublesome, try playing a game to shed the pounds.

" I totally agree on this. This was a main source of exercise for me through college. Its great cardio, and DDR Max2, and more recent, have step and calorie counters in their workout modes, to allow you to know how you are doing and even giving comparison charts with other regular fitness activities like walking or jumprope.

Also, it does have some jump moves that I would not recommend for people with joint problems or need for low impact exercise. However, since workout mode goes by a step number basis, you can always skip their jump in favor of a step you want to do "

" Also, one might note that if you have two dance pads, this is a great way to get friends or family to exercise with you, since it is a game and a way of having fun even while you are working out. Even kids will go for this. "
