I started a program last week i did a detox and lost about 11 pounds but now this week i must start the food eating process and i am so scared the hardest part of this program is i have to eat something every 2-3 hours up until a hour before bedtime and mixing the right combination of food to keep my body burning fat i so nervous i will pick back up what i lost all i can do is try and shake this fear

You will gain because what you lost was water. It is not real fat loss. Now you can get down to losing fat if your hunger hormones are going to allow you to do that. Right now they are geared up to store fat. There is no quick fixes.

just becareful with diets. If you are temporarily changing your ways then you most likely will gain it back because when its all over and done with most people go back to their old ways. The best diet is no diet, its about changing your lifestyle. Im doing weightwatchers, its forcing me to chose better food and pay attention to how much i am eating. Its a diet, but its helping me learn how to do this as a lifestyle becasue its everyday foods, and I can go to fast food places once in a while if i want to.
Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!!! Remember "nothing tastes as good as being thin feels" thats what helps me along when i am about to fall off the waggon lol

if you look at the scinece, our bodies are actually not meant to store fat. the thing is, we are eating foods that are highly processed and our body doesn't recognize them as food. things like msg make us want more and more and our body is no board in hopes that we will eat something healthy and get some much needed nutrients. stop eating junk food and you will see that your appetite can be controlled. take care and god bless. btw, i am speaking from experience here as an ex junk food junky.
