Ok so I booked 2 seats on my flight back East ... incaseeee someone next to me is bigger too..I didnt wanna be embarrassed and have us both uncomfortable.. so anyway..does anyone know.. what if the flight is like full, the flight attendant wants to sit someone in the open seat next to me that i paid for? lol .. i dont think they can do that can they? just worried.. that they will be like OH ok, heres an open seat sorry mam we need to use it.. I dont wanna be like I bought that extra seat cause im fat.. lol thats embarrassing :/

I wouldn't worry much about it. Not too many people flying like they used to this summer.

If they try to put someone there, just tell them you bought two seats so you could have the one open next to you.
The attendant put someone next to me in an open seat once to "balance the load" on the plane. Ticked me off LOL....I was enjoying the extra space. I had NOT paid for two seats, or I would have said something!

I don't think they can do that since you have already prepaid for the extra seat. If something comes up I would do as suggested by truth and let them know you have already purchased the seat next to you and they should check their records and if it must be occupied by someone you expect a full refund back on that seat. I don't think they will bother you as airlines these days don't like issuing refunds.
