" I have been a member of Curves for about 2 years now. It's a wonderful place to go to get healthier. When I was following an eating program and working out at Curves 3 times a week I lost 22 pounds in 5 months. You can use Curves in any city, too, once you're a member. I've visited one in San Diego, one in North East, PA, and another in Vancouver, WA. You are always welcome at Curves! "

" I was going to join Curves, but after feedback from several DS members who have fibromyalgia like I do, I decided not to join. I was really disappointed, but I'm not sure the machines match up with what I can and can't do with my muscles. I did go for the first meeting and found everyone very friendly, very welcoming, and very discrete. "

" I've had my Curves membership since January! I Love It! I am an introvert (VERY shy) tho, so I go first thing in the morning when there's only a couple of people there. I go specifically cuz it's ONLY women. If it weren't I wouldn't go at all. :( "
