" That sounds like a crazy amount of money to spend. You don't need all that. If you can return it, atleast part of it, do so and get your money back. If not, it doesn't hurt to try but I wouldn't spend that much again. "

" opps I meant to say a glycemic diet where the lows and the highs are controlled by eating the right foods...no bread, rice, potatoes etc... Only fruits, vegs and protein. "

" Did you buy the food? Or was this just for information on a diet? That sounds like lots of money. Hope it works for you. Hugs, good luck and let us know how it goes. Denise "

" I'm going to rely on my Turbo Jam. I am going to give Chalene another try. Maybe this time my motivation will get past the fact that I don't understand how to keep up or do some of the karate moves. I got Chalene for my birthday last year. "

" I tried to search for low glycemic cleansers and I can't find anything. What exactly did you have to buy? Just curious.

I have only done 3 actual official "diets" and I lost weight on 2 (nutri system & optifast/all liquid) but I gained it all back and then some. The other was Weight Watchers but I didn't do well on that at all.

I wish you the best of luck with the glycemic diet! I hope you don't have to spend so much money after this first month! I know I could buy a car and a bunch of gas for what I spent on my diet products!!! "

" I found the website releasingfat.com I got the web site from a book I am reading on menopause. The author recommends the web site and the cleansing program to get your insulin levels back on track. So far the meals have been really good and portion size is not controlled. You eat 6 times a day and I never feel hungry. I cut out coffee too because that is all I would drink all day and not eat except for dinner. I gained weight doing that so I hope this works. "
