I read a post about PGX and now can't find it. It was about a fiber shake to help you feel full. Please help me with this if you know anything about it. Thanks.

I have had success witih PGX so far. would recommend it to anyone. I am a Type 2 diabetic. I was on Metformin, but then my doctor suggested PGX. I started taking it with every meal. With light exercise (and obviously eating relatively healthy) I am now completly off Metformin! My blood sugar levels are in a healthy range! The PGX stops your blood sugar levels from spiking after meals. I also have actually lost weight. I find im not craving food between meals or at night, and when I do eat I am satisfied with less, and stay full. Not alot of people out there know much about it yet. Before i started taking it I found it hard to find much information on it now. I have seen some commercials lately for it, and their website seems to have some more information on it now. I was impressed by the possible benefits of blood sugar control and decreasing the "empty" feeling so I just ordered some from amazon.com. It was about $20 for 180...is that a good price?
I'm excited to try it because although my blood sugar is steadily dropping as I don't overeat, I have a lot of days when I feel empty, even on 1900 cals a day! Thanks for the topic, I can't wait for it to arrive!
