i've been on the southbeach diet for a while now and i'm still doing good! i've lost 20 lbs so far. i'm now at 248 lbs. however i 'm stll in a size 24! i've been wearing the stretch denim jeans and i guess at the highest peak in my weight, i was really a 26 and not a 24! i had wore those jeans for so long that i guess i stretched them out. oh well, life goes on. i've already bought 22s in anticipation of losing more weight!

" don't fret yourself over it. when my wife started losing weight with me, she was 226lbs and a size 22 so it sounds about right for where you are. the good news? it's possible to shrink! She's 173 and a size 12 right now. Persistance!! "
