Well I did my first workout of 30 day shed! My goal is to do it everyday for 30days plus eating better then weigh.....I am so out of shape and that video proves that fact!

" Walking is the best. I dont have the stan-i-ma to do more that 10 minutes of anything at time.I half to pace myself.
30 minites a dy, is a lot to start off with.
Today I clean out my closet, afterward I slept for 1.5 hrs.,sigh.
Keep us posted. it will work. just be careful not to lose to fast. drink plenty of bottle water. "

" I ache alot! LOL Its too hot to walk now here in az so has to be indoors and these videos are easy to do with kids...many dont lose so much but lose inches as it works many different parts....I am sure I will have to take breaks in between I am going to try to make it till thursday and rest fri and sat. I am just doing my best and modify as needed its still better than before. I actually napped today too it wore me out that 20min video...jeeze!! "

" I'm right there with you at the beginning I can barely make it around the block in my body screaming at me to pull up the TV and put my feet up! but I'm very determined I want to get healthier again! congratulations keep going and if you need support you can check me out and probably laugh at my slow progress! making ourselves move is the key to making it one step little farther and the next step a little farther we will get there! if you feel hungry... drink water... still hungry?... eat a piece of fruit.. i'm talking between meals. "

how r u doing ?

Yesterday, I went to wal mart to exercise ( walk). that's where I walk.
I have been diteing for mo's w no results. The effort & hard work is starting to show. It took a long time to plum up/out my fat cells. it will take time to delete the blubber/sack filled fat cells.

Don't give in. Don't quite. we can & will do it.
it just takes time for results to start showing.

" It's the end results that matter the most and provides the greatest rewards ! Two years ago, i couldn't go a block without having to rest my lower back :( Now i can't even remember the last time i felt ANY lower back pain !! A couple of months ago we did a walk for MS that was 2 miles long and i only stopped for some water :) "

I am on day 13 and only missed one day. I do 30 day shred every day and am now at level 2 which is way harder than 1! OH MY and I can do a plank who would of thought??? LOL I am down 4 pounds since starting 2 weeks ago...eating most days is good but still struggle but the exercising helps me stay focused and get right back on track!

I am working on if the day is not perfect not allowing guilt to take me over and just make the next time I eat count or day....

I feel amazingly more in shape than 2 weeks ago and just push myself but not so much I am injured...I feel proud cause I get many that are like I can't handle those videos and I quit and I may have a hard day but I never think of quitting! "
