what should i do?

ive been struggling with my weight since i hit puberty. the problem is that i feel like eating all the time. even when im not hungry. im not hugnry most of the time but i still fell like eating and i do eat. i need to learn to control myself and have discipline, but i dont know how to do that to well. what you guys recommend i do?

one thing to try is stop buying unhealthy foods, and buy fruits/veggies instead. 5 apples w/peanut butter is a lot healthier of a binge than a tub of peanut butter ice cream, for example. "
