feeling like crap and quitting smoking weight gan?

I am naturally a bitch... But lately i have been crabbier than normall cuz i have been feeling like shit, so i figure why not throw something else on the pile and quit smokeing too? so i just opened my last pack of smokes and then i have 2 weeks worth of 21mg patches. but I am going to really need some support and i know i am not going to get any from Shawn since he is going to still be smoking. and now that my ex is living with us i know he will be smoking too... but i dont care, i need to do this, I have COPD, chronic bronchitis, emphisima, and asthma. and Im sure smoking dont help the Fibro any either... with quitting i need to watch my food intake.. I have already gained alot of water weight with the Lyrica for the Fibro... So Please if there is any advice that anyone can give me or people that can support me thru this, I am begging for help!!! This pack should be gone late tonight and I should be putting on my first patch in the morning... Thanks everyone!!
