I am moving in a couple of weeks out of the state I have lived in all my life. I am going to be going to a new place and new school without knowing anyone there. I'm mostly nervous because of my weight. I'm very large and am worried about the airplane ride, which I will have to use a seat belt extender. About getting around in this new place, the chairs in the classrooms. And because I am trying to make a difference in my body size I don't want to lose that and fall into eating because I'm in this new place.

" It sounds like a wonderful new adventure in your life. I know it can be scary especially moving to a new place. If you read some of the past posts people have put on here they have some wonderful advice about flying and different ways that you can handle that so you may want to check them out.

I also can relate to be nervous about being scared in a new place but if you can try to imagine it is a new start in life where you can be anyone and do any thing you want. Sometimes just being in a new place can give you some great motivation in doing things you haven't done before as well as making some wonderful new friends. Stay strong and positive and I think you will enjoy a lot of new things and a lot of those fears will go away. Sending you lots of huggss and good wishes:) "
