Well they have worked for me, but I know many people that they did not work for. they would lose a great deal of weight, but put it all back on when they quit taking them.
You must realize that they are just an aid in losing, not a solution.

Personally I don't think any of them work. The FDA is way too lax on keeping those companies accountable and not doing false advertising. Everytime I've tried one, I've had jitters. Unless your doctor prescribes it, don't waste the money. I even talked to my pharmacist about Alli and she said that it's a waste because it tells you to follow a low fat diet. And the drug gets rid of some of the fat in your food but not a lot. And you get the same benefit if you do a low fat diet and skip the pill, or you get the runs. I did it for a month and wow did that suck. I had to use maxi's all month. So in my opinion, save your money. It's a waste of time and resources.
