" Hey! My name is Leah! Most of my working out consist of walking. I have a walking buddy, and we walk 7 days a week, we did miss 1 day this week due to the rain. It is hard at first to get into this routine, but once you are in it, you will LOVE it! I look forward to it each day.

My Dr. told me to walk 2 miles when I started out, and that took me about 45 minutes, I guess we all will vary on that. He said do this 5 times a week.

I could see results in about 10-12 days, now this wasn't life changing results, but it was the start of them! I just wasn't as full when I looked down at my stomach.

Give it time! I have really watched what I eat too. I DON'T STRARVE MYSELF, but portions are my main thing!

Best of luck to you!
Leah "

" I work out everyday but on alternating days I've started doing longer more intense workouts. I've started trying to walk my dog for longer periods of time but I do walk him everyday, even if it is just 10 minutes. I'm working my way up to walking him for 20 minutes consistantly and then 30 minutes. I have a hard time walking because of tight calf muscles so sometimes I limp my way back home with the dog. I'd probably be doing more if it wasn't for that but I'm working on stretching them daily.

So to answer your question, everyday and I see a difference almost immediately. But I feel it more than I see it. "
